Welcome my name is Mara Stanziani and I am the Italian Foodista. Why am I the Italian Foodista? The answer is very simple: because I am Italian and I love Italian food. Growing up in an Italian family made me truly value the importance of family, friends and food. Italian food is genuine, simple and delicious.

 

Coming from a family of Chefs I’ve learned to appreciate authentic Italian recipes from every region of Italy. I’ve learned the understanding of every single ingredient in each recipe as well as understanding its origins and traditions.

Each recipe is different and has its original and regional ingredients, and every single traditional regional recipe has its own story which at the end has one common denominator: ” bringing family together”.

I would like to do just offer my readers the opportunity to bring to their table my favorite Authentic Italian recipes so that they also can feel a little Italian themselves by bringing family together with deliciousness.
